Bookings and purchases

Appointments, holds, and custom work are confirmed in writing or by phone. We may refuse service in cases of abuse or unsafe conduct. Payment terms for commissioned or lesson packages are agreed before work begins.

Liability

Results depend on materials, practice, care instructions, and conditions beyond our control. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Chile. Courts in Chile have jurisdiction unless mandatory rules require otherwise.
